Playing hide and seek under a burka, using the colors of a Persian carpet as a paint palette, a dream tree with melons and teddy bears...

Big Art for Little People is a series short films for children ages 3 and up. The premiere is Tuesday, October 18, 10:30 hours. Address: Cinekid, De Openbare Verlichting, Westergasfasbriek, Amsterdam. The series was made by prominent artists with a non-Western personal history - our "new" neighbours. Big Art for Little People is multilingual and therefore accessible for children from all nationalities.

Participating artists: Tiong Ang, Christiaan Bastiaans, Sebastian Diaz Morales, Heddy Honigmann, Natasja Kensmil, Patrick Louwerse, Mahmoud Al Massad, Sara Rajael, Mounira Al Sohl, Karim Traïdia, Tunctunctunc, Chikako Watanabe.
